When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipmentâs destination.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Interntional orders are shipped USPS Global.
Returns:

If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order , you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

All items must be in their original packaging with no damage to product or packaging.

Dated Items, confetti, balloons, ceterpieces may not be returned
Example: (2009 Confetti) and 2009 Balloons, 2009 Centerpieces
Seasonal Graduation Items may not be returned for return or credit

Confetti sold by the pound is subject to a 20% restocking fee. AgPain, dated items will not be credited at all.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. No returns older than 90 Days will be accepted.
