• We ship both in the United States and to most countries around the world.
• You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
• We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.
• Shipping charges are determined by the total  weight of your order.
• Free Shipping is offered for orders of at least $50.00.
• Free Shipping will usually be USPS and only applies to the 50 States of the United States
• If you need your order fast choose the appropriate shipping method.
• We offer overnite, 2 day delivery and 3 day delivery through both Fed Ex and UPS. This is time in transit.
• Please allow time for packing on our end.
• Orders over 5 pounds of the same item will need to be cut specifically for you and will take longer.
• Allow up to 1 to 10 days to cut and package
• Expedited delivery requests  will ususally ship within 24 hours. This does not apply if the order needs to be cut.
• Please call with special requests. We'll try to accomodate you when we can.
• Interntional orders are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested.

Returns: 

Items which cannot be returned

• Clearance Items
• Seasonal...this includes holidays and dated items
• Confetti Packets over 100 per style or item #
• Confetti Pounds over 10 per style or item #
• Opened or Damaged Items

Returns of everyday items may be returned  within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.

• All items must be in their original packaging with no damage to product or packaging., dated items will not be credited at all.

• Refunds for non seasonal items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type,

 less restocking fee where appropriate

• Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a web credit redeemable on your next purchase.  

• No returns older than 90 Days will be accepted.

• Please include a copy of your original packing list or invoice with the order.

• The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If we paid your shipping, (you received your product with no shipping charge added) that cost will be deducted from the refund price on returns.
